How do I find an audiologist?

ACS has a network of approved audiologists across the states that our customers can visit. To find your nearest audiologist, call us at 646-559-5642 or email

Additionally, any audiologists, that aren’t included on the ACS network providers list can make impressions. You will take the impressions away with you and ship them directly to ACS with your information (Name, phone number, address, what you are purchasing.)

ACS will only accept ear impressions where the canal portion of the impression extends beyond the second bend of the ear canal and also includes the full concha detail.

How much do ear impressions cost?

The price of impressions depends on the audiologist. Often the price ranges between $35-$80. If you are in the New York City, or San Francisco area, ACS will take your impressions for free with purchase (normally $60).

How do I purchase products from ACS?

There are a number of different ways to purchase from ACS.

Option 1: You can place orders directly through our online web shop. Once the order is received we will locate your nearest audiologist for ear impressions. You will then book yourself in with the audiologist for ear impressions and send them directly to:

Option 2: If we already have your impressions, you can call us at 646-559-5642 and make an order over the phone, and an ACS Customer Service Representative will take a credit card payment.

Option 3: If you are in the New York City or San Francisco area, you can schedule an appointment at our offices where we will take your impressions and place your order.

What happens to my ear-impressions after I send the to ACS?

Ear impressions are processed, digitally stored and then properly discarded.

What if I want my ear-impressions sent back to me after processing?

Ear-impressions are typically not usable after processing and therefore properly discarded.  For a fee of $70, ACS will send it’s digitally scanned and stored ear impression along with the processed impression at customer requests.

How long does ACS hold my impressions for?

ACS will digitally store impressions for 4 years. This means if you want to purchase another product or if you lost your current product you will not need to send another set of impressions to ACS.

How do I put the molds in my ear?

The ear canal almost always points towards the top and back of your head. To insert into your ears, place the flat surface pointing upwards, twist and apply pressure around the bend in your canal. You should feel the mold slide into place.

In the package, I received a cream and a pick. What are they for?

The comfort cream aids the insertion of your ACS product into your ears. The wax pick is designed to remove wax and dirt from the sound tubes in your product.
